House, now offices. Early C19, with late C19 alterations. Ashlar and coursed squared stone, with hipped slate roof rising to flat with wooden balustrade. 2 stone ridge stacks. Plinth, string course and sillband, deep eaves. 2 storeys plus attics; 3 window range of 12 pane sashes, the central one with eared architrave. Above, a box dormer with a plain sash. Pedimented Greek Doric portico with side lights, and half-glazed door with overlight. On each side, a plain sash. Right return has four 12 pane sashes above and 4 plain sashes below. Left return has 3 windows on each floor. INTERIOR: has moulded cornices to hallway and stairwell, and cantilever stone stair with ornate cast-iron balustrade and ramped handrail. Round headed stair window.
